    <content type="html">i thought i was doin well i go to like 1pm and i hadnt eaten a thing &lt;br /&gt;then my dad took me to asda and brought me lunch and i relai didnt want some but he has worries about me at moment so i just i better get some thing so i brought a salad that that 32 cals in it :/ and i my dad was like pudding? and i was like ohh urm so i got a fruit salad with 46 cals in :/ &lt;br /&gt;i didnt eat anything after that. &lt;br /&gt;but then i was all my mates went in the bp and got free pastrys i was like omg im not haveing one of them&lt;br /&gt;FAT!&lt;br /&gt;but my mate got a veggy one anyway (i am vegaterain) &lt;br /&gt;she gave it to me &lt;br /&gt;i went i didnt want one &lt;br /&gt;she was like oh well have it it was free &lt;br /&gt;so she watch me eat some of it. &lt;br /&gt;i ad about 1/4 to 1/2 &lt;br /&gt;and i got home i had a bowl of bran flakes &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;grrrrrr im such a pie.!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hate it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ryt back on fast 2morra &lt;br /&gt;xo.</content>

    <content type="html">hiya &lt;br /&gt;havent been on for a while. sorry.&lt;br /&gt;From 1pm friday(quarter/half of an ice i was forced to eat but maged to get rid of rest) &lt;br /&gt;to 5.45 sunday morning (apple) coz i woke up shaking&amp;nbsp; and hot and pinds and needles in my feet and a blurry vision :s&lt;br /&gt;30 mins after my apple i weight 133lb :@&lt;br /&gt;that means i have lost 7bls in a week&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;ffs! i need to loose more.&lt;br /&gt;thing is i have been baned from the scales during the&amp;nbsp; week. i am onli allowed on sunday. grr.&lt;br /&gt;so today (appert from that apple) i have quater of a cottage pie (my dad made me eat) witch i just puked up after anyway.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; and a grape.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;now.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;133 lbs &lt;br /&gt;5 foot 7 inches&lt;br /&gt;bmi of 20.8&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;goal.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100lb&lt;br /&gt;5 foot 9/10 inches&lt;br /&gt;bmi of 14.5&lt;br /&gt;AND BONES!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i will loose 33lbs &lt;br /&gt;I&lt;font size="1"&gt; WILL&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I WILL&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;I WILL&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font size="5"&gt;I WILL&lt;font size="6"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;I WILL!&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&amp;nbsp;PLAN.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;no food til dinner &lt;br /&gt;then my mum will watch me eat dinner &lt;br /&gt;(good thng my mum is a health freak and will give me salad and veg with wat ever i have)&lt;br /&gt;eat veg frist then throw away rest somehowthen dont eat again till next dinner.&lt;br /&gt;but every day do !hour or more of exericse.&lt;br /&gt;runing up and down the stair ment to be a high cal burning&amp;nbsp; isnt it?&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;walks?&lt;br /&gt;runs?&lt;br /&gt;bike rides?&lt;br /&gt;trampoline?&lt;br /&gt;weights?&lt;br /&gt;i can do it :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;how have you been?&lt;br /&gt;lots of love to all &lt;br /&gt;xo.</content>

    <content type="html">i feel well weak and it has onli been one day&amp;nbsp; of my fast:(&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a bit depressd&amp;nbsp; but aboutt o go and do 2 hours of ecersie so that will make me feel betta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and&amp;nbsp;i dunno how to get out of eating dinna&amp;nbsp;:(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so ive decide that i will eat one meal a day (and thats it all day)&amp;nbsp;but now thats for now on well at leat a month or 2&amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so my mum and dad dont get surpisose.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;im not reali hungry though atm so i wont ea much of it&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;much love to everyone&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;lt;3&amp;lt;3</content>
