i thought i was doin well i go to like 1pm and i hadnt eaten a thing
then my dad took me to asda and brought me lunch and i relai didnt want some but he has worries about me at moment so i just i better get some thing so i brought a salad that that 32 cals in it :/ and i my dad was like pudding? and i was like ohh urm so i got a fruit salad with 46 cals in :/
i didnt eat anything after that.
but then i was all my mates went in the bp and got free pastrys i was like omg im not haveing one of them

but my mate got a veggy one anyway (i am vegaterain)
she gave it to me
i went i didnt want one
she was like oh well have it it was free
so she watch me eat some of it.
i ad about 1/4 to 1/2
and i got home i had a bowl of bran flakes
grrrrrr im such a pie.!

From 1pm friday(quarter/half of an ice i was forced to eat but maged to get rid of rest)
to 5.45 sunday morning (apple) coz i woke up shaking and hot and pinds and needles in my feet and a blurry vision :s
30 mins after my apple i weight 133lb :@
that means i have lost 7bls in a week
ffs! i need to loose more.
thing is i have been baned from the scales during the week. i am onli allowed on sunday. grr.
so today (appert from that apple) i have quater of a cottage pie (my dad made me eat) witch i just puked up after anyway.
and a grape.

it wont work but my mum sed it will make me loose the shame amount of waight and still be able to eat.

i have given up with the fast thing :/
i ate nothinggggg!
for 2 days
wen i ate my bowl of ceral it was the nices thing!
next tym i will do longer
but it was my firdt try you see.
but i lost 3lbs in 2days(Y)

but i have to eat at lest 3 spoonfull of porrage in the morning coz my mum will force me :(
